A native of Corpus Christi, Texas, Phil
attended local public schools and graduated from high school as a member of the
National Honor Society in 1960. He obtained his BBA from Texas A&I University
in 1964, his Basic and Advanced Certifications from the American Institute of
Banking in 1968 & 1969, and completed the three year course of study at
the Graduate School of Banking at
Southern Methodist University in Dallas in 1970. In 1983 he graduated from
the Bank Operations Institute of Texas A&M at Commerce, Texas; where he also
graduated from the Computer Operations School in 1984. Since moving to Pennsylvania in 1998, Phil has concentrated on the sale of residential real estate. He has listed and sold property from all price ranges, including multi-million dollar single homes to moderately priced town-homes. While known as a good negotiator, Phil also enjoys an excellent reputation with both clients and fellow Realtors because he believes each transaction should be a "win/win" situation for all participants. A licensed Realtor since 1982, Phil's experience, training and openly friendly manner quickly endear him with his clients. They know that he is from the "old school" of honesty, integrity and confidentiality. They also know that he puts their interests first and that he is available when they need him. As an early user and instructor of personal computers, Phil uses the latest real estate software to provide his clients with efficient tools to match and track their needs. Links to powerful real estate data bases allow him to conduct effective marketing campaigns for the sale of homes and to assist buyers find the properties matching their criteria.
